The prestigious event will again be held at its traditional venue of the Cardiff and County Club on Friday the 2nd of December 2016.

Previous guest speakers have included World Cup winning coach Graham Henry, WRU President Dennis Gethin OBE, former Wales coach and Lions Team Manager Clive Rowlands OBE, broadcaster Roy Noble OBE, journalist Peter Jackson, broadcaster Rick O'Shea.

The Welsh Academicals are pleased to announce that the guest speaker for the forthcoming event will be journalist, sports commentator and broadcaster Eddie Butler.
